Potential Pipe Spillage off S-99 On or Near Dairy Farm

Received a call from a resident at 12:35PM on Saturday, September 26th reporting a potential pipeline rupture that was overflowing and flooding road near DJ Dairy Kingsburg farm. This was between Traver Ave and Betty Drive off the side of Hwy 99. No pictures or videos were taken. Need agency support (Regional Water Quality Control Board or Tulare County) to investigate this potential flooding.
