RoundUp being applied in Visalia where there is no curb

Description:
Church in the corner of my street sprayed RoundUp. There is no curb on that street, they have grass on the front. I walked my service dog and kids walked to school. My service dog was vomiting and letargin and after a I while I realized it was the pesticide they applied. They did not put any signs alerting us that they had applied RoundUp. This happened around the corner of Myrtle and Willow in Visalia.

Horrible smell in Terra Bella that residents believe is coming out of the irrigation ponds operate by Setton Pistachio which are located West of 65, North of 88 and South of 92.
